Genealogy Research

Based on the information that you have in your possession, please send a precise request (search for a person, immigration year etc). A preliminary search is required in order to determine whether or not a further investigation has the potential to succeed and whether the documents have enough clues to continue the search. The cost for this search is a one time fee of 46 Euros or $60 US .

The cost for any further research will be calculated based on how labour intensive (hourly wage) the search is. Once you have signed the offer and transferred the money, I will proceed with the research. Extensive research will be broken down in steps in order to facilitate the calculation of the cost. It is possible for you to set the boundaries and discontinue the search at any time. Contact

Background Information

A preliminary search is required. The base fee for this search is 46 Euros or $60 US . If the preliminary search is successful, the basic follow up search of the town will incur no further costs. However, if more extensive research is required, such as the history and meaning of your town or place of origin, historical maps, or a detailed description of your ancestors’ profession, I will make you an offer. - amount of written text

- legibility of the writing
